If you need to cancel a training course, the cancellation policy is very simple:
≤7 days – No refunds / full payment is due.
<14 days – 50% refund / due.
≥14 days notice or more – No payment/full refund.

Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the order / services if:
we cannot obtain payment
a product, price, or offer description fault has been identified
we do not or cannot deliver to your area/Country
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
The 3 Day promise
The 3 Day promise applies only when a means of payment has been provided.
Your instrument will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt by us at our calibration depot. We strive to make sure you get your tester back sooner, but we will deliver within 3 working days!
If we fail to dispatch your instrument within 3 working days of receiving it we will refund the price you have paid for your calibration (excluding courier charges).
Excludes repairs. Instruments found to be faulty during calibration are also excluded from the promise.

RETURNS AND SHIPPING
Shipping and Handling fees for the UK –
£2.99+VAT for light shipping (Accessories)
£9.99 +VAT for Medium shipping (PAT Testers)
£19.99 +VAT for heavy shipping (Multiple PAT Testers)
We use either first class recorded delivery or a courier. In each case a standard next day service is used. Someone will have to sign for the delivery and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered.
Please note the following postcode in outlying regions may take extra time: HS1 – 9, IM, IV, KA27 – 28, KW, PA, PH, TR & ZE. If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and the products will be stored for you to arrange collection or re delivery.
Redelivery will be charged at the above rates if you are at fault.
Orders with calibration may be delayed for an extra day.
We offer a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee on all products bought on the site. All we ask, is all items you wish to return are unopened, unused and as we sent them to you. Once we have received and inspected the returned products we will refund your payment within 7 days where possible. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. To return an item: Firstly contact us about your return. We will issue you with an Returns number With your return the item please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. Please write the Returns number clearly on the packaging.
In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories.
Goods must be sent via a recorded-delivery service. Items that have been lost or damaged in transit will be your responsibility so please arrange adequate insurances.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
